Our accounts department not only acts as bookkeeper but also checks prices and verifies delivery prior to payment. We open a dedicated yacht's bank account through which all the yacht's running expenses are distributed including Invoices, Cash to Captain, Charter APA accounts, etc. We use a multi-currency double entry audit accounts package. This enables your own accountant to use the accounts you receive for audit purposes without the need for extra work. This keeps the yacht running to an agreed budget.
We will assist the Owner and Captain in setting up an annual budget. As well as monthly and annual accounts we will show 'actual' vs. 'budget' costs every three months, keeping the Owner appraised of budget fluctuations.
